Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or utilizing the Jequex Medea platform, Jequex Cloud Suite, or associated APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity to these terms.
2. Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights
You retain 100% full legal ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights over all prompts, uploaded brand voice DNA, creative assets, and AI-generated social media content produced within your Jequex Medea workspaces. Jequex claims no ownership over your generated content. You are responsible for ensuring that all published content complies with relevant advertising laws and intellectual property rights.
3. Multi-Channel Publishing & Platform Policy Compliance
When utilizing automated publishing features, you agree to comply with the terms of service and developer policies of all target social networks (including Meta Platforms Inc., X Corp., LinkedIn Corporation, and TikTok Pte. Ltd.). Jequex prohibits the use of our autonomous engines for spam, abusive harassment, deceptive practices, or unauthorized scraping.
4. Subscriptions, Tier Quotas & Billing
Jequex Medea offers subscription tiers (Free Trial, Creator at $29/month, Agency Pro at $79/month, and Enterprise at $199/month). Tier allowances (posts, visuals, and video render seconds) reset on the first day of each calendar billing cycle. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, paid features remain active until the conclusion of your paid period.
5. Service Availability & Limitation of Liability
Jequex Medea is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis with a 99.9% targeted uptime SLA. In no event shall Jequex Technologies Inc. be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from third-party social media platform API rate limits or network outages.
