1. Introduction & Scope

At Jequex Technologies Inc. (“Jequex”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we take your privacy and data sovereignty seriously. This Privacy Policy applies to the Jequex Medea AI Marketing & Content Studio platform, Jequex Cloud Suite, and all connected services and APIs. It governs how we collect, process, store, and protect your personal information, brand profile data, connected social platform credentials, and analytical metrics.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account & Identity Information: Full name, verified business email address, company name, authentication credentials, and organization identifiers.
  • Brand Voice DNA & Creative Assets: Brand names, brand guidelines, target audience personas, voice tone descriptors, sample copy, uploaded media, and custom instructions used to formulate marketing campaigns.
  • Connected Social Platform Authorizations: OAuth access tokens and permissions granted via official third-party social APIs (Meta Graph API, X/Twitter API v2, LinkedIn Marketing API, TikTok Business API). All tokens are stored with AES-256 Fernet symmetric encryption at rest.
  • Social Performance Analytics: Aggregated impressions, reach, engagement metrics, likes, comments, shares, video watch time, and click-through rates (CTR) synced from authorized accounts.
  • Notification Channels & Delivery Preferences: Email address, mobile telephone number, and communication preferences configured for multi-channel dispatches (Email, SMS, WhatsApp) powered by our Simplex notification engine.

3. How We Process Data & Zero-Training Guarantee

We process your brand assets and marketing inputs strictly to generate requested content, build strategic campaign calendars, publish scheduled posts, and monitor audience performance.

Zero-Data AI Training Guarantee

Your proprietary brand voice samples, customer personas, unpublished drafts, and private assets are never used to train or fine-tune public third-party foundation models (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source weights). Your prompts and creative assets remain completely private and isolated to your workspace tenant.

4. Notification Services & Communications

When enabled in your settings, Jequex dispatches operational updates (e.g. video rendering completion, campaign readiness, monthly plan allowance warnings, and publication confirmations) through verified communication channels via our Simplex notification engine. You can customize event triggers or opt out of specific channels at any time in your Settings > Notifications & Alerts tab.

5. Data Security, Isolation & Retention

We enforce strict multi-tenant database isolation at the SQL query level. All communication in transit is protected using TLS 1.3 with strict HSTS, and persistent assets are stored in encrypted object storage. We retain your workspace data only for the duration of your active subscription. If you choose to delete your account or workspace, all associated data, tokens, and media are permanently purged within 30 days.

6. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA & Global Regulations)

You have the right to access, rectify, export in standard formats, or request immediate deletion of all personal and workspace data. To submit a data subject access request, contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@jequex.com.
